terrible wifi

I liked the hotel location just by the park entrance. Too bad, the WiFi was terribles. It didn't work at all , a real inconvenience. I often waited a long time just to get to my floor. they cleaning service was confuses me. I asked them not to change my beds, but they made them anyway.

the location is unbeatable! it is just steps away from the park gates. access to the train station and the citywalk with its shops and restaurants was so convenient. this saved us tons of time and energy, i didn't have to lug around heavy bags.

the television had a limited channel selection. i would have liked more options, especially some english-language channels. it wasn't a huge deal, but it would have been a nice addition.

our room was spacious and comfortable! we had a corner room with an AMAZING view of both the city and the park. the room was immaculate and had everything we needed, it was right across from the ice, water, laundry, and microwave!!!

the hotel is very close to the park entrance. i could walk to the park in just a few minutes. the hotel is near the train station, so traveling was easy. there was also a laundry area available .

the room seemed a little strange. there was a small sofa and a fold up table in the room. i also found extra towels and children's slippers on the bed. there was no desk space except for a small table.
